We encourage the use of online access to book appointments and request repeat medication. This also frees up the telephone lines for other matters. Please speak to a member of reception to set the online access up for you.
In view of the Coronovirus pandemic, we are implementing strict infection control measures. We aim to minimise footfall into the surgery premises.
GP Appointments will be carried out over telephone or video, and you will only be called in if deemed clinically necessary.
Nurse appointments will continue for immunisations, dressings and essential blood tests.
Please access 111.nhs.uk if you have a new cough or fever, and follow the advice given.
DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU HAVE A FEVER OR NEW COUGH

The medical centre is situated in the centre of Alum Rock on Highfield Road just yards away from the junction with Alum Rock Road. The practice has its own car park to the rear of the main building for staff and patients. The access is from Gowan Road to St Kilda’s Road and the first turn on the left leads into the surgery car park. The car park remains open during surgery time and is well illuminated with CCTV camera-monitoring. Please note that you will need to walk back out of the car park and along Gowan Road to access the main surgery entrance from the front of the building.
